Dealing with requesting a service schedule from Sears, after making three attempts online and receiving what was most likely an error. “No Service Available in your area”. After speaking to the representative and emailing in a trouble ticket.
Very frustrating online system. If the system is not available or able to service an area, don’t make users fill out the form with all the info and then tell them there is no service in your area.
After you make your appointment over the phone, you should be able to go online and check it, so far that doesn’t appear to be the case. Maybe someone from Sears can clarify this?

The only gunman to survive the 2008 terrorist attacks in Mumbai that killed 166 people has been sentenced to death by an Indian court.
Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab, a 22-year-old Pakistani, was convicted on Monday of 86 charges, including waging war against India, murder and terrorism offences.
Judge M.L. Tahaliyani said the man described by prosecutors as a “killing machine” should be hanged.
Kasab and an accomplice committed the bloodiest episode of the three-day assault on India’s financial capital by killing 52 people at the city’s main railway station and 20 more as they fled, including several senior police officers.
In total, the 10 heavily-armed gunmen killed 166 people and injured more than 300 at the station, three luxury hotels, a restaurant and Jewish centre.
Mr Tahaliyani said the evidence showed “previous, meticulous and systematic planning” of the attack, which led India to halt peace talks with Pakistan.
India believes the attack was plotted and executed by the Pakistan-based Islamist group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and “elements” in the Pakistani military.
The judge told the court there was no prospect of Kasab reforming or being rehabilitated, and that he would remain a “lingering danger” to society.
However, it could be years before Kasab is executed.
Kasab is due to be executed in Yerawada Prison in nearby Pune, but the death sentence is likely to trigger a lengthy appeal through the Indian courts that could last several years.
To further complicate matters, India currently does not have a single hangman qualified to perform executions. The government officially supports capital punishment, but no execution has been carried out since 2004.
The state of Maharashtra, of which Mumbai is the capital, has 11 men on death row. The state has tried unsuccessfully since 1995 to recruit hangmen, but many are put off by the low salary – just 200 rupees, or three pounds, per hanging.
