Celebrating Anna Bresnahan on March 11 in Pasadena
You may not all have heard the sad news that Anna Bresnahan passed away in December.
A memorial we will hold in her honor.
Invitation her family has created for the her Memorial on Saturday March 11, from 2-5pm.
We will be celebrating her life in a setting that was close to Anna’s heart, at the Armory Center for the Arts.
At the Memorial, we will present a small exhibition of Anna’s personal art collection, which will be offered for sale to guests to help support arts education in Pasadena, one of her many great passions.
Please join us to celebrate the life of our dear Anna.

San Gabriel Valley location, in Pasadena on Wednesday, February 22nd. To celebrate the grand
opening, the Pasadena restaurant will offer FREE build-your-own artisanal pizzas on Thursday, February 23rd from 10:30 a.m. to midnight to anyone who follows Blaze Pizza on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook.

The highly anticipated restaurant, which features a 3,300 square foot interior with seating for 122, is
located at 635 N. Fair Oaks, near Vons.
Blaze Pizza is a modern day “pizza joint” serving up artisanal pizzas that are both fast and affordable.
Since its first restaurant debuted in 2012, Blaze has quickly become one of the nation’s hottest
restaurant concepts, with fans lining up each day for the custom-built pizzas, freshly made salads, blood
orange lemonade and s’more pies. Each restaurant features an interactive open-kitchen format that
allows guests to customize one of the menu’s signature pizzas or create their own, choosing from a wide
selection of fresh, artisanal ingredients – all for about $8. The generously-sized personal pizzas are then

There was no injuries from the incident. Which is being investigated by several agencies including Pasadena PD, Sheriff, and FBI.

BURBANK, CA – IKEA, the world’s leading home furnishings retailer, today announced its relocated Los Angeles-area store within Burbank will open to customers at 9:00 a.m. PST on Wednesday, February 8, 2017. Customers can begin lining-up at the store three hours in advance, at 6:00 a.m., to partake in the festivities – and soon can learn of more grand opening plans and promotions at IKEA-USA.com/Burbank. Prior to the grand opening of the new, larger IKEA Burbank, customers can continue to shop at the original Burbank store through Saturday evening, February 4, when the old store will close permanently.
The future 456,000-square-foot new IKEA Burbank store, including 1,700 parking spaces, is being built on 22 acres west of San Fernando Boulevard and south of Providencia Avenue – less than one mile from the company’s oldest store in the Western United States. (The current 242,000-square-foot IKEA Burbank, the first IKEA store in California and sixth in the U.S., opened November 1990 on 6.4 acres along I-5 at San Fernando Boulevard.)“We are thrilled by the excellent construction progress and are confident we can complete the remaining milestones and interior build-up by early-February,” said Jeff O’Shaughnessy, store manager. “We cannot wait for customers to experience our new store’s ease of access, convenient parking and updated layout.”
The new, more spacious IKEA Burbank will feature a larger quantity of the nearly 10,000 exclusively designed items, 50 inspirational room-settings, three model home interiors, a supervised children’s play area, and a larger (600-seat) restaurant serving Swedish specialties. An Electric Car Guest Drive event hosted by three Southern California utilities will be held at the Pasadena Rose Bowl Parking Lot I on April 8, 2017 from 10am to 4pm. The Ride & Drive and EV enthusiast meet-up will feature a wide variety of electric cars including the new Chevrolet Bolt and Volt, and electric cars manufactured by Tesla, BMW, Ford, Nissan, VW, Audi, FCA (Fiat Chrysler), Hyundai Sonata, Mercedes, Smart and others.
