Sears Home Service Response

Dealing with requesting a service schedule from Sears, after making three attempts online and receiving what was most likely an error. “No Service Available in your area”. After speaking to the representative and emailing in a trouble ticket.

Very frustrating online system. If the system is not available or able to service an area, don’t make users fill out the form with all the info and then tell them there is no service in your area.

After you make your appointment over the phone, you should be able to go online and check it, so far that doesn’t appear to be the case. Maybe someone from Sears can clarify this?

  • Home Address.
  • City, State and Zip code.
  • Best alternate phone number to reach you.
  • Model and Serial number of product.
  • Brand Name.
  • Approximate age.
  • Brief description of issue.
  • List of dates and times between 8am-5pm that would be best to schedule your repair.
