Original Twohey’s Restaurant Moves to New South Pasadena Location in Spring 2018!
Home of The Little Stinko Continues to Serve up Memories:
Original Twohey’s Restaurant Moves to New South Pasadena Location in Spring 2018!
Twohey’s Restaurant originally opened in Pasadena in 1943, and then moved a decade later to its present location at the intersection of Huntington Drive and Atlantic Boulevard in Alhambra. After negotiations to renew their lease over the past several years was unsuccessful, the original Twohey’s Restaurant has found a new home and is relocating to neighboring city South Pasadena. “We have been unable to reach a new lease agreement at our Alhambra location. However, we are able to stay on month-to-month to keep our staff employed and serve our customers during our transition to the new location in South Pasadena. We are deeply saddened to move from Alhambra and are grateful for the support from the community throughout the years. The tremendous outpouring of love and loyalty during this time has been overwhelming, with legions of friends, family, and guests sharing their unique stories of what Twohey’s Restaurant has meant to them. Though, it is bittersweet, we are excited for this new chapter and to continue the Twohey’s Restaurant legacy in South Pasadena,” states Jim Christos.
Twohey’s Restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, and every Friday and Saturday from 7:00 am to 12:00 midnight. For more information, please visit www.Twoheys.com or call Twohey’s Restaurant at 626.284.7387 directly.
Twohey’s Restaurant South Pasadena will be located at 424 Fair Oaks Avenue, South Pasadena CA, 91030. For future updates on the opening, please visit www.Twoheys.com.
Ed: The new location of Twohey’s was previously occupied by various restaurants, most notably Tommy Lasorda’s restaurant venture Carmine’s. Other occupants included Craft Hill and Sow House. Carmine’s closed in 2015. Sow House closed in 2016. Craft Hill closed in 2017. Craft Hill has another location in West Covina.

CAMILO’S Bistro Eagle Rock Closes
CAMILO’S Bistro has decided to close it’s doors. After 18 years in our community, we have come to the point of letting our beloved bistro go. We have nothing but wonderful memories in our second home, served many great meals, enjoyed many glasses of wine with our guests, friends and family, danced with many of you, heard many life stories, shared our lives with many, made many good friends, saw many children born and grow, loved our great staff who were so loyal and with us and have been with us since we opened, most importantly, we hoped everyone felt our sincere hospitality and friendship every time you walked out our door, and that most of you didn’t mind our hugs and kisses as we said goodbye.
Unfortunately, good things come to an end. In the past few years, with all the operating costs rising, personal illness and complications, and the decline of business income, we are forced to close. This decision is beyond emotionally hard, especially knowing we truly loved what we did and gave it our all, to keep our doors open. As many of our fellow business owners know, who love their business as much as we did, you hold on, until you are all out of options and you just can’t operate anymore and realize your business debt is just rising. Therefor, at this time, we will reorganize our lives and look forward to what the next chapter may bring.
Thank YOU!!! We met many wonderful people through the years, many who have became our personal friends, a special thanks to all our wonderful staff who stayed with us until the end. We will miss everyone, but we know that we will see you all around our community soon.
Again, thank you for your support through the years.
Until we meet again,
Camilo & Amelia
