Consumer Tickets from 2-5pm: $75.00

All Access Tickets from 12-5pm: $95 (includes iSip Lounge)

Your Consumer Ticket includes: Unlimited access to approximately 125 wineries from 50+ California appellations pouring over 35 varietals and over 500 different wines; commemorative wine glass; a great variety of cheeses, breads and crackers. Wine orders may be placed at this tasting, to be shipped from the winery. Many wineries will be offering special pricing on shipping and/or select wines. No wine may leave the building since state law and ABC rules prohibit free gifts of alcohol.

One thread weaves through this tasting — a desire to bring you the best wines. This tasting is about the breadth of wineries from across the state, an enormous range of varietals, and wine growing appellations from all over the state. All Family Winemakers tastings focus on wineries that are small (generally under 5000 cases), have limited marketing outreach, and will be represented by family members. There will be wineries at this event pouring with Family Winemakers for the first time. It’s an opportunity to expand your palate. You can sample new releases from your classic favorites and from wineries just selling their first vintages. CHECK out varietals you’ve never heard of or your best-loved Cabs and Chardonnays. This well-respected tasting is a once-a-year opportunity to tour and taste California’s wine country under one place.

For those that have not participated in a wine tasting of this size, we have developed some Helpful Hints (Click on the link to DOWNLOAD our Consumer guide to wine tastings).

Derive Restaurant Opens in Place of Racion Restaurant Pasadena @626food
As you may have heard, we have decided to close Racion Restaurant. Since first opening Racion six years ago, we have done our best to serve high quality foods in the Spanish Basque tradition and enjoyed both great success and the satisfaction that comes with doing what we love! However, we are ready for a new challenge exploring new cuisines, flavors, and techniques. As a result, we have been remodeling the space to accommodate a new project we are excited to share – Dérive Restaurant! Dérive is an ingredient-driven, New American neighborhood restaurant supporting small organic farmers and wineries.
Our team, including fellow Chef Shane Alvord and Restaurateur Loretta Peng, will remain the same, as will our commitment to quality and a high level of service. We are now open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week 11:30am-10pm, and eventually for breakfast as well.
As a gesture of our gratitude, we are pleased to offer our loyal customers a 10% discount off of their bill when they visit Dérive Restaurant. This offer is good for two months, until April 1, 2018. Just mention the words “Friends and Family” to your server upon arrival and the discount will be applied to your bill.

Watch Live at 3:45pm ET: Falcon Heavy Test Launch @SpaceX #FalconHeavy

Watch Live at 3:45pm ET: Falcon Heavy Test Launch

WATCH LIVE:  FALCON HEAVY TEST FLIGHT

SpaceX is targeting launch of the Falcon Heavy Test Flight today, February 6th, 2018, at 3:45pm ET from Launch Complex 39A at Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

When Falcon Heavy lifts off, it will be the most powerful operational rocket in the world by a factor of two, with the ability to lift into orbit nearly 64 metric tons (141,000 lb)—a mass greater than a 737 jetliner loaded with passengers, crew, luggage and fuel.

Falcon Heavy’s first stage is composed of three Falcon 9 nine-engine cores whose 27 Merlin engines together generate more than 5 million pounds of thrust at liftoff, equal to approximately eighteen 747 aircraft. Only the Saturn V moon rocket, last flown in 1973, delivered more payload to orbit.

You can watch the test flight and a simulation of what we hope happens during flight at www.spacex.com/webcast.
