The Pebble Beach Gooding & Co. auction this year was the host of a Ferrari Testa Rossa prototype, assembled in 1957, which completed the Le Mans 24-hour race. The Italian supercar managed to surpass all expectations and found a new owner for the price of 16.39 million dollars, becoming the most expensive car ever.
“This model won almost all races between 1957 and 1963. It is an iconic car and an iconic design”, said Ferrari historian, Marcel Massini.

Update this market is moving dates to Wednesdays and location to around the side of the mall. Starting September 7, 2011 it will be held on Wednesdays from 4-8. There will be a market on August 28, 2011 in the present location. and then on the following week September 4, 2011 there will be no market.
September 7, 2011 is the grand re-opening. So look for it.

We all know someone who has been caught driving with the phone to their ear or texting while driving, if not, the chances of that are increasing as officers are increasingly ticketing drivers for this violation.
It is pretty amazing that some people just don’t get it. If you are going to use the phone, use bluetooth, or a speakerphone. But don’t put the phone to your ear or even hold it up. Remember you need to be using a handsfree device.
And as far as texting… don’t get me started. I would guess, that a significant number of accidents are caused by drivers distracted texting and/or speaking on the phone.
