Vons Checker Bad Experience

Today I deciced to go to Vons after going to the bank.

I usually go to the Vons on California Ave in Pasadena. It’s close to the freeway onramp and a clean store.

I bought a few items. They had Turkey Store ground meat for $1.99 with coupon. No limit!

I did my shopping and went to check out and all the checkers appeared to be busy except for the 15 items or less checker, Sheila(was her name).  She seemed pissed about something. I asked her., I think I have a few items over 15, is that ok? Nobody was in line after me for several minutes. Anyway, I was getting attitude from Sheila, for some reason.  The first issue was she knew I had several items with the Vons Card savings, she didn’t even ask me. I swipped my credit card and then she gave me a total, I said what about my Vons Card, she was like that’s a problem, I have to do it after. Anyway, she completed the transaction and then proceed to get me a refund for the vons card savings.  And kinda shoved it at me.  No greeting, nothing. I left pretty upset with this experience. You don’t work in retail to treat customers disrespectfully like this.  Sheila you need to leave your problems at home or find another line of work.

In the future when going to this store, I will be avoiding Sheila. She can have her open lane, maybe that’s why nobody was in her lane….
