Apple iPhone 5 Coming Mid-Late Sept 2011 – 25 Million Units Ordered

If all the rumors are true, Apple is betting big that the iPhone 5 is going to break the records of previous iPhone releases.

What is the speculation on what it will cost and what carriers will be selling it. Will it be limited to Verizon and AT&T, which carrier will receive the first shipments. Will T-Mobile and Sprint continue to be left in the cold on the iPhone exclusivity?

From all the reading, it appears that both AT&T and Verizon will receive shipments of the iPhone 5.

There’s also rumors of the iPad 3 making the rounds.

While most will be interested in the iPhone 5 and what features will come standard. The iOS 5 has been released in various beta versions and we should expect at least a few more with bug fixes and other improvements before the final release.

Perhaps there are some ideas floating around that could bring Sprint into the game.

“Apple offers an iPod that is identical to iPhone 5 but without phone radio (data only) exclusively through Sprint, $50 flat rate data fee and a slick VOIP voice option…Paradigm shifted.” – Dean Matthews

Altadena Farmer’s Market Opening Day October 2011

Altadena Farmer’s Market Opening Day October 2011

Joseph Shuldiner, the manager and operator of the new market is in final negotiations with the county and other city officials for approval.

Shuldiner says he also has three vendors committed to the market already, before he’s even put out a formal request: Kentor Canyon Farms (Ventura), produce;  The Garden of…..produce/flowers (Los Olivos); and  Mother Moo Creamery, natural/artisanal ice cream (Sierra Madre).  “I am planning to start with 30 vendors with roughly a 60/40 ratio of farm products to prepared & packaged food vendors,” Shuldiner said in an email to the Altadena Blog.

Altadena, CA is only a few months away from the opening of a NEW farmer’s market in a city that has long been wanted and needing a community market. While others have failed, there are many in support of this new planned market.

The market will take place every Wednesday, from 3-7 PM at Loma Alta Park.
