Latest reports are that there are about 100 homes that have burned and are burning. The fire has calmed down. between 300-500 acres. Fire started around 5-6pm on November 13, 2008. Keeping the fire in check is critical. Cold Springs area in Montecito. 900 Mountain. Hot Springs Road.
