Is it possible to use your iPhone as a hotspot router?
There are many solutions out there for mobile phones to be used as a wifi router.
Using your iPhone as a mini wifi router with the use of My Wi and PDANet apps.

They both create a WiFi ad hoc network and they both support USB tethering.
MyWi seems to have better support and more frequent updates. Judging by the junefabrics twitter account, they don’t do much customer outreach.
But, MyWi is still more convenient, since iPhone users probably have iTunes installed already. It’s also cheaper.
