The Pasadena Pieology is currently holding training sessions where they are allowing customers to try the pizza.

We understand that the training sessions are being held until Friday, when the location is set to officially open. Not confirmed.

Pieology is opening soon in Pasadena and people are excited!
The build your own pizza scene in Pasadena is heating up as most people who eat out in Pasadena know.
The most recent addition will be Pieology on South Lake in Pasadena, with an estimated opening date of November 22, 2014. Stay tuned to social media as there are free pies in the grand opening celebration.
If you are interested in learning about the story behind Pieology there was an interview with Bill Handle and CEO Carl Chang on The Official Bill Handel Show. The interview was about what it’s like to be the leader of the fast casual, custom pizza sector!
The location has been in the works for several months and it the inside looks fabulous.
One thing missing or perhaps it will be added is the large menu near the counter, Pieology has the menu on stands in the line where you enter to order. This could be intentional.
There’s a signature community table with some pretty cool lighting above.
The lighting at Pieology is definitely one of the highlights.
We hope to bring you some pictures as the location is closer to opening.
The address is 345 S. Lake Ave #105, Pasadena, CA, this used to be the location of Gymboree.
Will Pieology take business from other built your own pizza places? The answer is yes, I am sure Blaze, PizzaRev, 800, and others will feel the presence of Pieology.
