**IMPORTANT CHECK PAYMENT NOTICE**
If you have opted to pay a registration fee for Mashup Camp MV (Nov 2008) and have selected the CHECK option as your method of payment, please note that your check payment must be received on or before November 17, 2008. Registrations submitted after November 10, 2008 where a check payment is to be made are strongly encouraged to log back in as a returning user and pay by credit card as your check payment may not arrive in time for the event.
Unpaid pending registrations are not transferred to the on-site database so if you are unable to pay in advance of the event, you will need to re-register on-site and provide payment at the full, non-discounted rate. Discounts are not valid on-site.

Thank you for registering to attend Mashup Camp MV (Nov 2008), to be held November 17-19, 2008 at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, California. Included with this confirmation is a receipt for your registration fee, should you have opted to pay one. This receipt, along with this informational letter, will serve as your only registration confirmation. You will recieve a reminder email 1-2 weeks prior to the event.

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Change Requests
If you need to cancel your Mashup Camp MV (Nov 2008) registration and opted to pay a registration fee, you may do so for a full refund, less a $10.00 service charge until 5:00pm ET on Monday, November 10, 2008. Attendees who register prior to or after the deadline date, who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date are liable for the pass cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. Sorry, no refunds are available for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitution in your place.

Hotel Reservations

In addition to offering free transportation to the Museum, Hotel Avante has broadband connectivity in all of its rooms and the entire facility is otherwise wired for WiFi.

Age Limit & Program Changes:
The producers of Mashup Camp reserve the right to make changes in the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond their control prevail. All sessions are filled on a first come, first seated basis. Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted in the facility at any time during Mashup Camp.
