How can I order?

How long will it take to receive my order once it has been shipped?
Once your package has been shipped, it should arrive within 3-5 working days (note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days), in exceptional cases it may take between one or two weeks, specifically in Australia, Canada and New Zealand due to strict customs checks.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, neither are deliveries made on these days. In addition, extended shipping time in transit should be expected during the holiday season.
My product did not arrive
Generally it takes approximately one working week for an order to be processed and delivered.
However it might take up to two working weeks in exceptional cases until the product is delivered to you. Specifically customers in Australia and Canada might have delays due to strict customs regulations in those countries.
We therefore kindly ask you NOT to contact support before one working week has passed since you confirmed your purchase on-line.
In case you were not at home when the product was delivered and the slot in the letterbox was too small to get the package inside,the package will normally be returned to the nearest post office. The postman would have left a note in the letterboxstating that the package is in the post office. It is expected that you would pick up the package within 5 days. If you did not collect it during this time it is returned to the warehouse.
In an event that you have waited longer than two working weeks and made sure that no one at your house (your neighbours, housemate etc.) has taken the delivery, and neither was the package returned to the nearest post office and you still did not receive your shipment we kindly ask you to contact our support team at the telephone number at the top of this page and our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to any country that appears on the country drop down menu when you register for your trial purchase on the web site of the store.
In case your country does not appear within this country list, we advise you to visit our on-line store at a later date, as we continually add new countries.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
1. You may receive a refund of any Product that you ordered up to thirty (30) days after your order is placed.
2. Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to you, is defective. We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.
3. In order to process your refund, you must supply us with your name and delivery address. If you provide us with insufficient or incorrect information your refund will be delayed.

5. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

In order to assure the quality of the products we do not accept returns.
We suggest you keep the product and would like to remind you that shipping and handling charges become non-refundable once the product has left the warehouse.
Why have I been charged multiple times?
As stated in the terms and conditions of your purchase (accepted during the purchase process), if you do not cancel your account during the 15-days trial period, you will be charged for the already received product separately and thus the free trial converts into a regular monthly subscription.
If the account is still not cancelled, after one month following the date you ordered your product, another 30-day supply of the product is sent to you, and the full price of the product will be charged to your credit card.
