“AT&T spent $4.9 million to lobby in second quarter” This is the kind of headline that turns my stomach, why is that I still drop calls and have poor reception in many parts of Los Angeles, in particular Pasadena, Glendale, and Burbank. Dropped calls are a common occurrence.
While there are limitations that could be out of the control of the companies like AT&T, if they add customers subscribers, why don’t they upgrade their networks, it is reported that a typical tower can handle about 450 subscribers simultaneously.
Why is AT&T spending so much on lobbying efforts and ads in the media? Perhaps their network is lacking, why are they putting so much into the T-Mobile deal? Is that really their salvation or their demise?
As a long term AT&T customer, it is not good to see these sort of actions by AT&T.
