So me and Jenn go to the T-Mobile store this morning, the store in Pasadena in Hastings Ranch.

The store opens at 10am, we get to the counter and apparently the “system” is DOWN.

So they have us write down our names and phone numbers and leave it at the counter.

The person we talked to had no idea what had caused the outage, but I would venture to guess that it could have had something to do with the demand on the system.

T-Mobile service in the Pasadena-Glendale area is still very sketchy. I have areas where I cannot make a call, there are network outages, call failed messages. And in some areas the service is inconsistent.
