T-Mobile your customer service needs help

This is a followup to a post a few weeks ago about a horrible experience with T-Mobile customer service. So today I received a bill in the mail for $3.28! Yes, after numerous bills and calls all claiming I owed money with different balances, and when I called and asked for a statement to be sent, it apparently was not possible??? And asked that the rep confirm the amount due so that I could pay and be finished with T-Mobile, was given an amount and paid it.

Odd thing is that T-Mobile cuts access to your account once you cancel one of your lines, not even to pay a bill, you have to pay with a credit card over the phone, yes you can’t pay online!
On top of this to add insult to injury, T-Mobile can’t give you a case number or ticket number when you call to get help and discuss something with them. So what record do I have that I called and talked with someone???? Oh, yeah, you get the reps name and badge number, I lost track of the number of times I would talk to a rep at TMobile and would call back and say I talked to someone, and the rep would say, we have no record of you calling… jeez..
A call tracking/ticket system is a must!!!! Otherwise how can a customer have any recourse with some tracking, there is no way a rep is going to remember talking to someone, they people talk to hundreds of people a day.

Overall, after almost ten years with T-Mobile, I would avoid T-Mobile where possible, there service is inferior to the other carriers. To top it off, the customer service reps are trained and come off as kinda snooty, some with an attitude. Not a pleasant experience. I am much happier not being with T-Mobile.

I’m sharing this experience with my readers so they can read about my experience. I had three accounts with T-Mobile and several other family members who also had accounts, most of them are not switched over to other companies, like AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon and they are all much happier.
