Second Annual Pasadena PinotFest

“Second Annual Pasadena PinotFest”
is a charity event to support Hillsides founded
95 years ago. HILLSIDES mission is to create safe places for children, strengthen families, provide special education; and advocate for children’s rights. This Southern California non profit
creates safe places for children in its residential treatment program where children living in the
group homes are in foster care or have been
referred by the Department of Mental Health.
While on our campus, they reside in a secure,
stable environment which enables them to heal
and rebuild trusting relationships with adults.

WHEN TO ARRIVE:
Check in and setup begins at 1:00 PM
(day of event)
Parking and unloading:
Please go to Valet Parking in the lot next to the University Club (north), they will assist you in
where and how to unload.
Attendance:
Up to two people may attend the event per winery. Please let us know the names of each person
prior to sign in. Any additional staff must pay
$50.00 per person to enter.
If you need assistance unloading please don’t
hesitate to let the check in desk know.
Provided: Ice Bucket, Spit Bucket, Sign with
your winery name, one chair, water pitcher
and table cloth.
Décor:
You may add anything to the table you like,
but please nothing too fragrant. Please bring
your own cork screws. If you have any special
needs please let us know in advance.
