Andy Rachleff brings over 25 years of experience in building and growing companies in the technology industry. Prior to joining kaChing, Mr. Rachleff co-founded and was a general partner at Benchmark Capital. Mr. Rachleff received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he is now a member of the faculty. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania where he is currently a member of the Board of Trustees and the University’s Endowment Investment Board.

Daniel Carroll, Founder and Vice President, Business Development
Daniel Carroll created kaChing in 2007 as a marketplace for investing talent and ultimately, to provide a better way to invest. Prior to founding kaChing, Mr. Carroll traded interest rate products and equities at MacFutures. Mr. Carroll was an avid investor by the age of 15. During the technology boom of the late 1990’s, he turned his hard-earned caddying money into trading profits, funding most of his college education. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona. Mr. Carroll is a Genius Investor on kaChing – check out his portfolio.

Pascal-Louis Perez, Chief Technology Officer
Pascal-Louis Perez came to kaChing from Google, where he worked on the creation of a JavaScript-to-JavaScript compiler. At Google, Mr. Perez also was on the ECMA committee, working towards the standardization of ECMAScript 4. An entrepreneur since youth, Mr. Perez created his first company at the age of 16. He also co-authored “Vocation Createur” (Editions du Tricorne, 2004), a book portraying entrepreneurs. Mr. Perez holds a bachelor’s degree in science from the Federal Institut of Technology Lausanne and a master’s degree with distinction in research from Stanford University.

Jonathan Galore, Vice President, Marketing
Jonathan Galore is vice president of marketing for kaChing, where he leads product management and marketing. Prior to joining kaChing, Mr. Galore was a consultant at Bain & Company’s Private Equity Group and the firm’s Technology Practice. Earlier in his career, he also worked as a research and development manager at Comverse. Mr. Galore holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Academic College of Tel Aviv Yaffo and an MBA with a focus on strategy, finance and entrepreneurship from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He also served as an officer in an elite high-technology unit of the Israeli Defense Force.
