Was the content of the press conference factual?  I noticed much talk about the iPhone 4 compared to the iPhone 3GS, I have an iPhone 3GS and the service is horrible and AT&T customer support has pretty much gone silent on my case.  Basically their social media group has not responded to any of my requests via facebook and twitter, which I would consider a major failure. It seems they are selective about which postings to address.  Maybe they have no answer for my situation, but they least they could do is respond, don’t you think?
