We would also like to take this opportunity to inform you of a recent federal appeals court ruling that states electronic cigarettes should be regulated as tobacco products instead of drug-delivery devices. Although both are regulated by the Food and Drug Administration, drug-delivery devices are subject to more stringent requirements, so this is great news for the e-cig market.
