In the past few weeks I’ve been to the Daphne’s Greek Cafe in Burbank and Pasadena a few times. Love their food and now they are offering a variety of small portion $1 value items, soup, baklava and other items. Seems like a popular way to sell some low cost items.

Recently I had tried their steak kabob and found that the meat was tough, this not only happened at the Pasadena location but also the Burbank location. The chicken is always good. Nice chunks of tender chicken. You can’t go wrong with something chicken at Daphne’s.

After my experience with the undercooked and touch steak on the kabob’s I wrote a comment to the customer service at Daphne’s. Withing a few days I received a call asking me to confirm my address that they wanted to send me a certificate to try their steak again. Sometimes companies tell you they are going to send you something and it never shows up. Daphne’s did in fact send me two $10 certificates with no expiration date. Give Daphne’s your feedback, they do appreciate it. I can’t promise they will send you one or two $10 certificates but you can expect to get a response. I will be back to try the steak kabob and if it is not up to par I will be sending them another comment. I can’t be the only one who was experienced this with Daphne’s.

Kudos to Daphne’s for paying attention to customer comments and taking action, a call, etc.. it really makes a difference!

Please revist any one of our restaurants so you can see for yourself that the problem has been corrected.
