AT&T Coverage Map AT&T Customer Service

Today after asking and waiting for several weeks this is a response I received from AT&T.  You have to be kidding….

Victor,

As you requested, here is the update in writing.
We appreciate your feedback and we’ve shared it with the local network team. They will keep it in mind as they continue to plan network improvements for this year. Your area is on our radar for network enhancements and when those details are available, we’ll post them directly to our Facebook wall, @attnews on Twitter and att.com/networknews.

Thank You

So this was my response:

You have to be kidding. This is not acceptable. Coverage has gotten
much worse, it took over two weeks to a receive this as a response.
There is no offer of a credit or any compensation or goodwill for
marginal service. Nothing about the inaccurate(deceptive practice)
coverage maps on the official site that I used to purchase the
service.

I am very disappointed in AT&T and how it handles a customer.

This issue is not closed.

This is a formal notice that I will be ending my relationship with
AT&T, wireless, DSL, and home phone.

I will be closing my account because of the way AT&T handled this
situation and will be encouraging others to do the same.

Sincerely,
Victor Caballero

PS. I will continue to post on blogs and social networks how AT&T
handled my situation, so you may want to reconsider.

This is how bad the service is…

I am in Burbank near the airport. with 3G and FULL BARS. and a speed test reveals these results…
