I was very disturbed about what happened to me on the freeway this morning and I need to file a formal complaint.
This morning on the 5 FWY North in the Burbank area between Magnolia and Burbank Blvd one of your trucks with trailer license starting with 4AB came up behind my car within 1-2 ft and then swerved into the second lane and then cut in front of me 1-2 ft. This occurred around the 10am time.
I want confirmation that this sort of driving is not tolerated by any employee of Ecology. And that your company is on notice that if this ever happens again I will call the Highway Patrol and file a complaint.
I expect a response to this incident.
In the past I have seen your trucks drop large objects from trailers and have been the victim of other fallen objects dropped on our highways. This disregard for driver safety will not be tolerated. You are now on notice.
Here’s just one example of what Ecology is doing:
Corporate America out to screw you! I had one of their trucks drop a metal part on the freeway through the front windshield of my Mercedes. Broke the windshield and I got their number off of the truck!.
They said that “even though” I gave the exact time and location, they could not pinpoint a truck at that location and time???? They keep no records of routes or ledgers???? They will not pay me!!!!
Frickin crooks!!! BOYCOTT such a disshonest company.

Update: Apparently the woman who used the pepper spray has been indentified and the investigation of the victims continues. Apparently her using the pepper spray was not intentional. She got in used the pepper spray and then purchased her XBox and left the store. But security video cameras helped to catch who it was.
20 people had to be treated for pepper spray injuries when a woman at the Walmart in Porter Ranch.
Authorities are investigating the video surveillance as the woman escaped.
There’s a video of the crowds gathering
Go in for what you need and get out. That is the best advice for dealing with large crowds and pushing and shoving. I have made a decision to not participate in the Black Friday sale today, as there are just too many people running around the stores.
Digital Monday or Digital Weekend starts today and should offer some pretty amazing deals.
This video was taken at the Walmart in Porter Ranch, CA on November 24th, 2011 during the store’s Black Friday sales.
What you’re seeing is a clip taken of a group of shoppers ripping and tearing at each other and a kiosk to get their hands on discounted Xbox 360 games. During the mayhem, one woman thought she was going to be robbed, so she pulled out her pepper spray and blasted the crowd. From my understanding another girl was shot directly in the face with the spray.
You can see the Security guards escorting the girl in a white shirt away from the area at the end of the video.
All this for a few video games….

AT&T and T-Mobile parent Deutsche Telekom AG responded Thursday morning by pulling their application for merger.
AT&T has set aside $4 billion for what is now the likelihood that the merger will in fact will be blocked by the FCC and other regulators.
Consumers should rejoice as this is a huge win for customers, who until recently were faced with less competition in the marketplace for mobile communications.
Is the withdrawn application for merger temporary?
The $39 billion deal is sure to come up again.

At just 40 years old, Grammy-nominated country artist Charlie Kelley was diagnosed with colon cancer. Only seven months prior, Charlie’s wife, Nan, was diagnosed with a different cancer. With medical bills continuing to roll in, Charlie and Nan considered themselves very lucky that they could get by. All he could think of was how many families simply may be unable to meet the extraordinary financial demands that a cancer diagnosis can create.
Charlie’s experience became the inspiration for the Blue Note Fund, an important fund dedicated to helping patients and their families pay the rent, utilities, or even put food on the table.
“I am so proud to partner with the Colon Cancer Alliance on the establishment of the Blue Note Fund in order to help make sure that your lights stay on, your phone stays connected and you keep your home. That’s what the Blue Note Fund is about, helping to take care of your bills, so you can take care of yourself,” said Charlie, Fund co-creator and a Colon Cancer Alliance Board Member.
The high costs of cancer treatment combined with a loss of income can lead to financial hardship but you can help. Consider making a donation today to help provide hope in a new way to patients and their families.

Treatment with antineoplastons can be very costly to patients without insurance coverage, exceeding $100,000 for the first year of intravenous treatment. Many insurance companies consider antineoplaston therapy to be investigational and unproven and do not cover the cost.
