Make Your Own Hand Sanitizer To Help Prevent COVID-19 Coronavirus

If you have been the store lately, you have seen shelves cleared out of bottled water, canned foods, toilet paper, and hand sanitizer.  Face masks are also in very short supply and those who have them are charging premiums and gouging consumers.

You can make your own hand sanitizer in a variety of formulations.

A popular recipe using alcohol base.

2/3 cup 99% rubbing alcohol

1/3 cup aloe vera gel

3-10 drops of essential oil your choice

mix in bowl and pour into a bottle or bottles.  Recycled soap or previously used emptied hand sanitizer bottle.

A popular non alcohol base recipe

start with spray bottle, fill about 3/4 with sterile water and tbsp of aloe very gel, then 10 drops of cinnamon, clove, rosemary, eucalyptus essential oils then add 20 drops of lemon, orange, grapefruit, etc..

Another popular recipe,

in 2 oz bottle 10 drops lavender oil, 6 drops lemongrass oil, 25 drops tea tree, 1 ounce aloe vera gel, 2 oz grain alcohol or which hazel, 1 tsp vitamin e oil.,
