Google Phone and Press Conference Next Week

Update:
Rumor is that Google will be releasing the “Nexus One” which will use GSM and come with a 3.7″ AMOLED touchscreen, 5-megapixel camera, Wi-Fi connectivity, accelerometer and compass. The Nexus One will run on Google’s latest version of the Android operating system, Android 2.1.

HTC-designed Nexus One, is likely to debut next week at the Jan 5, 2009 Google Campus Press Conference. At the same time CES launches.

Also, in the rumor mill is the Apple “iSlate” or some call it the netbook, i.e. iwhatever…
