In the middle of pandemic and businesses closing left and right Verizon is hitting customers with outlandish ETF. No way to appeal.

Calls to the executive of office and managers did not result in any relief from the ETFS.
In one example a business Verizon account with Fios and a phone line with a monthly cost over $200. Equipment was purchased. A two year agreement is AUTO-Renewed with the notice in small print on the monthly statement, and no mention of the ETF amounts. Deceptive at best and unethical and abusive of customers.
The early termination fees on an account like this is over $1200 after one year! One year in imagine what it is after a month, close to $2,400? Its outlandish.
