SIRVA (Shoulder Injury Related to Vaccine Administration) and a compensation program called VICP. Did they receive the injection from the same place ? and yes somehow it is worse for women.
This SIRVA as it is called is from a bad injection not done in the right place on the arm usually too high. You will know if you have this as it has been three months and I am still in pain. can’t raise my arm above my head or reach in back and wake up all night in pain from turning over. Even getting dressed is a challenge. There is a class action law suit in progress for those affected with SIRVA. You can see what it is on google.

That’s an injection site reaction most likely Is there as bump. Call your doctor just in case because it can become an abscess
Get an MRI. Look up VICP and SIRVA
