AT&T Mailbox Junk Mail How to Stop It or Can You?

If you are like me you are receiving almost daily letters in the mailbox from AT&T promoting their U-verse service. The letter is the same. No difference, it’s like their database is set to print these out and send them off, bombarding mailboxes and there appears to be no way to get off the list. I have tried too call, email, twitter, facebook and still get the letters. Actually… It seems I cam getting more of the letters.

I have nothing against AT&T, except that their cell service in Pasadena is horrible, dropped calls along the 210 and no service at home. I use AT&T for 3 iPhones, home phone and DSL. The home phone line works, but I have had some troubles with it in the past. The DSL service/speed is much slower than what I could get with Charter, and I have been tempted to switch. Something I may do in the future as our neighbor has it and it is FAST.

Something that I have been puzzled by is that AT&T should be offering their microcell unit which improves service in the areas where there are no towers, or poor signal. I should have received a microcell the first time I called about troubles. But for some reason no offers on the microcell, just the AT&T U-verse.

I’ll make AT&T a deal… if you send me an microcell to make the home cell service right, and I will consider U-verse. But price is an issue as Directv is less or at least it seems like after you do the calculations to get the comparable service you will spend more with U-verse.
