Announcing (& Open House): Silverlake HQ

Just received this notice: This is great. Will something like this open in Pasadena?

I’m delighted to announce the opening of Silverlake HQ, a workspace
for tech entrepreneurs and startups that I have been developing in
partnership with several other collaborators.

Silverlake HQ
@SLHQ Los Angeles, CA
A place to build good things, providing workspace, community, events, and collaboration for technology entrepreneurs and startups on the east side of LA.

SLHQ is the home of my new company (Rangle), along with other startups
including SocialEngine, FanMix, Tonx (plug: awesome subscription
coffee), and Green Business Base Camp.  It will also be home to
entrepreneur-oriented events and community activities — we already
have an active pitch workshop meeting regularly, with much more in the
works.

We’re having an open house on Thursday, January 26th and hope you will
join us (and feel free to bring friends).

Details below — and please follow us on Twitter at https://twitter.com/#!/slhq.

I hope to see you next Thursday and look forward to catching up.

Official invitation:
Join us for the debut of Silverlake HQ — a place to build good
things, providing workspace, community, events, and collaboration for
technology entrepreneurs and startups on LA’s east side.

All the usual startup party fodder will be provided – beer, pizza,
ping pong, endless handshakes, hand sanitizer, etc. Parking is easy!
Just park on Rowena or around the corner on Silver Lake Drive. Feel
free to bring a friend or two.

SLHQ is a collaboration between SocialEngine, Rangle and several other
founding residents including FanMix, Tonx, Green Business Base Camp,
and F8 Interactive. We are currently located in SocialEngine’s new
space in Silver Lake.

SLHQ residency is open by invitation only to individuals, startups-in-
progress, and established companies. If you’re interested, please get
to know us! We also welcome proposals for relevant community events to
be held in our space during evening and weekend hours.
