January 14 marks the 4th anniversary of ConfeXion Old Pasadena! Our landlord, like many landlords plaguing Pasadena and LA, feels they can do better and has chosen not to renew our lease with terms we believe to be fair. Therefore, ConfeXion will be closing on Sunday January 17.
We have truly enjoyed every moment of being an integral part of your lives and the Pasadena community. But like Elvis Presley and reruns of “Full House,” all great things come to an end. We “never-say-never” at ConfeXion but for now, Anthony and Auntie Vandy, are going to take a much-deserved break. If you visit the island of Oahu Hawaii and are looking for farmers markets, there are several options, some are better than others, and some are not your typical farmers markets.
The Hawaii Farm Bureau runs the KCC Farmers Market on Saturdays at Kapiolani Community College. Get there early, as vendors run out early and the market closes at 11am. If you go by at noon you not find any signs that there was a market there.
