Monopole logoMONOPOLE‘S 5TH ANNIVERSARY PARTY!!!

Sat., Nov. 7  1-6pm

FREE ENTRY, FREE FOOD, LIVE MUSIC, $2 GLASSES OF WINE, 50% OF PREMIUM WINES AT THE BAR, WINE RAFFLE

We LOVE our annual big bash. We get tons of people into the store and we see a lot of our friends that have supported us over the years. On top of that we get to share some good wines, eat some savory foods, and we get some crazy live music in here.  We also give away a bunch of stuff, and knock 10% off EVERYTHING on the shelves. It’s our way of saying “thanks” to everyone that has been a part of our little, but unique wine emporium. Come early to munch at the shop, or come later and have dinner at the food truck.  Just make sure you come on by and celebrate with us, whether you’ve been in before or not, and have a little fun!  Here are some items in our bag of goodies we have going on:

-Live Music (Jazz trio, and a Sinatra Crooner!)
-Free Food (Vietnamese spring rolls, cheese/charcuterie, small bites, and more!)

-Slammin’ Sliders Food Truck outside

-$2 glasses of wine
-50% off premium wines at the bar
-High-End Case of Wine Raffle (to help get your private cellar started!)
-Great wines at the bar

Intuit Support Number Beware Not Legitimate 1 (855) 806-6643 @intuit #intuitbeware

If you see a posting with a number:
1 (855) 806-6643 Do not call it. It is not a legitimate Intuit support number. The person claims to be in India and works for Intuit. But according to information from Intiut they are not affiliate with Intuit or Quickbooks support.

$$ 1=855.806.=6643 @@ Quickbooks HELPDESK Phone Number, Quickbooks Technical support Phone Number us

There are countless search results with (855) 806-6643, but many are either removed, taken down or come up with errors. Some are still up, so beware.

https://woto.com/yehg1l

There are even postings on LinkedIn with the number.

Save someone headaches by reporting these numbers as not legitimately Intuit.

Someone at Intuit needs to publish a listing of numbers that are scams on Intuit. These people can tale advantage of Intuit customers and steal data and do other malicious acts. Here’s yet another number that appears to be from the same group of people.

If Intuit doesn’t contact the FBI to report this someone should.

CicLAvia Downtown Los Angeles Heart of LA” Oct 18, 2015 @ciclavia

CicLAvia – Heart of LA

CicLAvia – Heart of LA will celebrate what has become a Los Angeles institution on October 18 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a fifth-year anniversary route. CicLAvia began as an idea with an uncertain outcome when it first removed cars from the streets of downtown Los Angeles on October 10, 2010. Now, five years, fourteen events and hundreds of thousands of participants later, CicLAvia is the largest open streets event in North America.

Heart of LA will have six miles for participants to explore by bike, foot, skateboard, wheelchair and other non-motorized traffic. The route will take people through Boyle Heights, the Arts District, Little Tokyo, Civic Center, Chinatown, Historic Core and as far west as Macarthur Park.

New to CicLAvia? Here are four things you need to know for October 18:

  • It’s FREE!
  • It’s not a race and you don’t need a bike to participate. You can walk or skate to your heart’s content.
  • There’s no beginning or end. You can start anywhere and go as far or as short as you want.
  • The flow of participants goes both ways, just like regular traffic.

DraftKings and FanDuel Under Attack for Employees Insider Trading @FanDuel @DraftKings

DraftKings and FanDuel face questions for ‘insider trading’

Fantasy sports is big business, followed by Yahoo!, ABC ESPN, FanDuel and DraftKings are large with millions of dollars in transactions and millions of members.  DraftKings and FanDuel have been on an advertising blitz to gain marketshare.

One-Week Fantasy Football Leagues For Cash at FanDuel.com

https://twitter.com/SI_Wire/status/651378428625702912

The revealing of potential insider trading by these two sites will certainly affect how people who use the sites will use the sites. Perhaps they are not trustworthy if people who work for the company are using data collected to make decisions and win money.  This is not fair to those who obviously do not have access to this data.
