If You or Someone You Love Drinks Kombucha You Should Read This Book!

Why? Because, It Separates the Facts From the Hype!

The E-Book “Analyses of Kombucha Ferments” provides a complete report on the results of 1,103 different chemical analysis of Kombucha samples from all over North America and even some from Europe

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

ALTHOUGH THIS INFORMATION IS PRESENTED BASED ON VARIOUS EXPERIMENTS AND LABORATORY ANALYSES OF KOMBUCHA, THE AUTHOR IS NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT ANY OF THE COMPOUNDS IDENTIFIED IN KOMBUCHA, YOU SHOULD ASK YOUR HEALTH PROFESSIONAL. THE AUTHOR DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT KOMBUCHA CAN OR WILL PROVIDE ANY HEALTH BENEFITS, OR THAT ANY SAMPLE TAKEN FROM THE PUBLIC AT LARGE WILL PROVIDE AN EQUIVALENT ANALYSIS.

Have you tried Kombucha? Millions of people have tried Kombucha on nothing more than the word of a friend or family member that Kombucha is good for them. I know that is how I started drinking Kombucha.

Have you read about what makes Kombucha so good for you?  Did you read the facts or the myths? Here are a couple of Kombucha myths:

#1. Myth – Kombucha is rich in B Vitamins. Fact – Vitamin quantities are so small that they can barely be measured.

#2. How about the Oldest Kombucha Myth – Kombucha has Glucuronic Acid.  Fact – There was no Glucuronic Acid in the any of 1,103 Kombucha samples we tested.  So where do the reported glucuronides come from? Read this book and we’ll share that information with you.

Have you read the FDA warning about Kombucha? We have, and we’ve also read all of their lab notes and internal memos.  We obtained all of the FDA Kombucha documents under the Freedom of Information Act.  Would you like to see copies the actual FDA documents?  As a bonus for buying this book, we include copies of all of the FDA internal notes and reports when you download your copy of “Analyses of Kombucha Ferments”.

So how did I end up with the results of 1,103 High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry reports on Kombucha? Well, let me tell you my story.

I received my first Kombucha colony in late 1993. It came with two pages of instructions and a list of promised health benefits. The instructions I received said to use brown sugar.

I prepared the ferment exactly as directed. I started looking around on CompuServe and the internet for more information about Kombucha. I purchased every book I could find on the topic and joined a couple of e-mail lists.

In early 1995 I wrote my first paper on the topic of Kombucha – “Common Sense Questions for the Lay Person”. That paper may well be the most circulated Kombucha paper ever written. It began in the library on CompuServe and was subsequently posted to more than 50 health and Kombucha sites.

I have updated the “Common Sense” paper to reflect our current knowledge of Kombucha. A free copy is available on this web site and it also comes to you when you download the e-book “Analyses of Kombucha Ferments”

Blob or Blessing?

In 1995 I read a book that said there was no Glucuronic Acid in Kombucha. I was determined to prove the author wrong and so I hired a reputable organic chemist to quantify the amount of Glucuronic Acid in my own Kombucha. Well, that research soon took on a life of its own.

If you wonder whether we analyzed samples that were prepared the same way you prepare Kombucha, then you’ll be pleased to know that we analyzed samples prepared with white sugar, brown sugar, glucose, honey, black tea, green tea, fruit teas, and more.

We’ll even tell you the equipment and methods we used in case you want to do your own independent research. The information in this report was used by Cornell University Researchers in their study of Kombucha.

This was the most extensive and expensive research conducted on Kombucha in the past century. A single HPLC/MS analysis from a reputable chemist would cost you about $115 plus the cost of research standards. We did 1,103 of these analyses on samples from all over North America and even some from Europe.

The e-book “Analyses of Kombucha Ferments” is our way of trying to pay for the research we’ve already done.

The original printed book sold for $24.95 plus $4.50 shipping.  When you download the book and use your own printer or read the book on screen, you pay just $14.95. Plus you get the updated Common Sense Questions for the Lay Person and copies of the FDA research documents.

30 Day Risk Free Unconditional Money Back Guarantee!

Read this e-book Risk Free! We guarantee that this is current scientific information about the chemistry of Kombucha. Download and read this book and if any time in the first 30 days you are not satisfied with the information about Kombucha – we’ll refund your purchase price.

If you are interested in your health and you drink Kombucha – you should read this book because it gives you the scientific facts and not the HYPE! And for a limited time, you can read this book Risk Free!

Aptera Customer Appreciation Day Carlsbad

Thanks to the fine folks at Aptera for hosting Customer Appreciation Day in Carlsbad, CA on March 27, 2010.

The food at the event was tasty held at La Costa Grill.

I’ll be posting some more pictures from the event later, but in the meantime, here is a short video of Jennifer Caballero riding away in the Aptera as she won the raffle for a ride in one of the three prototypes on display for people to touch and sit in.

We stayed until about 4pm, when leaving we say a few last rides going by and one of the Aptera’s was flying around around the corner, wheels screetching, it was quite a sight to see this vehicle traveling so fast and with such agility!

Marques McCammon with the Marketing group made several presentations during the day. All very informative.

As a customer/reservation holder, I look forward to additional events.

Get ready for the April 14, 2010 big press event where Aptera will release dates and additional details on the release of the production vehicles.

Aptera has some really ambitious plans, including employing 3,000 people.

The new 2e will include several changes over the previous prototype. Some of the modifications will include stiffer panels, larger windows that roll down, improvements to aerodynamics and a myriad of other small tweaks.

Here are some other ways to stay updated on Aptera:

Fortune Valley Casino Winner NOT

Fortune Valley Casino Winner NOT

A woman playing the slots at Fortune Valley Casino thought she had won 42 million when the lights went off and bells sounded off.

Then she was greeted by an official who claimed there was an error in the system that caused the “false” award.

This seems pretty crazy.

Paul Tarjan leaves Yahoo after three years

Paul Tarjan had been at Yahoo for three years.

In “White & Nerdy, ” he raps about PHP, SearchMoney, and YUI — all things his hands were heavily involved in at the company (he was one of the creators of SearchMonkey and was serving as the Tech Lead for the project).

I made a video to commemorate the occasion and reminisce over my last 1032 days being a Yahoo.

Co-starting SearchMonkey and being the Chief Technical Monkey was a dream come true, and I couldn’t have asked for a better manager and team. Traveling with HackU was icing on my already delicious (cup)cake.

Cheers to all my Yahoo! friends and I look forward to my new adventure at Facebook.
