Greater LA area fans, today we announced 20 new cell sites in the Greater Los Angeles area! Cities with new sites include Los Angeles (4 new sites), Beverly Hills (3 new sites), Riverside (2 new sites), Anaheim, Diamond Bar, Encino, Glendale, Laguna Beach, Pomona, Rancho Cucamonga, San Pedro, Thousand Oaks, West Covina and Yorba Linda.

As of this time these towers appear to be announced and not launched. I cannot drive through Glendale and Pasadena on the 134 without dropping a call at least once. After repeated attempts to communicate with AT&T regarding this problem I have gotten the runaround and no solutions.
And then last week we learned that a survey reports that AT&T is LAST in customer service. No wonder and not surprising.
The many attempts to work with anyone at AT&T have failed.
Why would I give AT&T any more of my money for services U-Verse included, which they have spent billions on rolling out, while customers continue to suffer with with poor customer service and service.
