Which charges 1% of the loan amount and $1, 000 monthly retainer fee, and basically provides useless info.
They claim to do a “forensic” analysis on your loan.
Beware as this company is under investigation and homeowners have lost thousands of dollars in the “scam” this company is playing on people’s weaknesses.
One couple basically lost over $7, 000.

Bear in mind that there are few companies with actual “employees” from the manufacturers, most works in the booth are either dealers or hired reps. Models, spokespeople,
I had such an encounter with both Honda and Nissan. Why would these companies not send employee reps from these car companies?
Apparently on press day reps are there, so why not for actual consumers?
I talked to the person at the Honda exhibit and showed her the horrible reviews of service, and she basically told me to call the 800 number for Honda… I’ve tried that and no luck, things are not improving for the Honda dealership. The only thing Honda has going for it these days are new models and the fact they there are a few good dealers and the products are excellent. But the majority of dealers are suffering from major complaints.
Honda of Pasadena has some pretty bad reviews on Yelp as do others in the Los Angeles area.
