t-mobile phone unlock policy – apparently the t-mobile phone unlock service only allows phones to be unlocked once every 90 days.

Now I am on the phone with t-mobile and the rep is being difficult and saying I can’t unlock until the 27th of Sept. Saying that there have been too many unlock requests.

I’m waiting to speak with a supervisor – manager regarding this situation. I have been with t-mobile for 6 years and have requested a phone unlock.

Apparently you have to have had an active line and can only do one per line every 90 days. Even if you have cancelled a line you can ask for an unlock code.
