This creates a class system on the freeways. Those without the money get stuck in traffic.

There is a special program for low income people.

Set before driving be sure on setting to how many passengers are in the vehicle? This is a whole way fine drivers for not following the rules. Who comes up with these things.

Are clean cars not allowed to drive in these lanes? And what is the setting on the transponder?

We will look further into this as the same system is going in on the 10 San Bernardino Freeway from Downtown Los Angeles into the San Gabriel Valley.

Wouldn’t it make sense to ease congestion on the whole freeway rather than just one lane? Many freeways in the San Jose/San Francisco area allow drivers to use the lanes on off peak hours, but also have 3+ requirements other times.

Orange County has a system as well.
