a. On or about July 25, 2010, all eligible entrants will be reviewed by a panel of judges composed of certain staff and/or persons designated by staff of the Sponsors listed above in Section 1. The judges will select a winner based on the following criteria:

• 10% quality of writing
• 45% level of entrant’s need for a new transportation vehicle
• 45% marketing potential of entrant’s story

b. The winner will receive a Ford Transit Connect truck. Approximate retail value of the prize is $22,000. The prize specified herein is being awarded as is, with no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, by Sponsor. The winner will not be entitled to any Factory Rebate offered to the general public for the Ford Transit Connect.

Sponsors also reserve the right, but are not required, to provide additional products and/or services as part of the prize package at their discretion.

The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the delivery prize, as well as all other costs or expenses associated with the prize, including, but not limited to delivery fees, license fees and title fees. The winner shall be required to sign Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity Release on behalf of winner, and failure to execute such documents may result in disqualification.

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and prize substitution will not be allowed, except at the sole discretion of Sponsors. Sponsors reserve the right, but are not required, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for the prize in the event the prize listed herein is canceled, postponed or unavailable for any reason.
