The past four days AT&T DSL service has been sporadic at best.
As of this morning it appears to be working again properly.
Today I am calling AT&T to get a credit.
After calling
1-800-288-2747
and entering my number the system could not locate my number. Like I don’t have service. So I navigate through the system and it tells me to call another number, but still transfers me.
I am now on hold waiting to speak with someone.
What’s the best number to call for service credits?
