We’ve investigated your issue and it looks like you might have an app that is still connected to your account. If so, this is the quickest way to get back into your account.

If you have the Twitter app for Android or iOS, follow these instructions:

  1. Open the Twitter app on your Android or iOS device.
  2. Go to your settings and update the email address you have associated with your account. Instructions can be found here: https://support.twitter.com/articles/15356
  3. Update your password. Instructions can be found here: https://support.twitter.com/articles/14663

If you don’t have the Twitter app for Android or iOS, follow these instructions:

  1. Check to see if you are still able to Tweet through an app like TweetDeck, Vine, Facebook, or Instagram. You can also check to see if you’re still logged in to mobile.twitter.com.
  2. Use the app (or mobile.twitter.com) to Tweet us the following message: @SupportRequests #33059404
  3. After you send the Tweet, respond to this email and include an email address you would like associated with the account. Make sure the email address you provide is not currently connected to a different Twitter account.
