Dear TEDxHollywood attendees,

It is so exciting to know that in just a few hours we’ll get to experience yet another great evening, together.

The team at TBWA/CHIAT/DAY is doing a fantastic job in supporting us and we could not be more thankful.

When you arrive to our venue you will find plenty of free parking waiting.  In the unlikely event that the lot fills up, feel free to use the structure parking.

Doors will open at 5:00PM and the program is set to start at 5:30PM, sharp.  We ask for your punctuality.

The conference will be structured in two sessions with a brief, 30-minute break.  Our speaker presentations will wrap by 8:00PM, followed by the World Premiere of Curt Smith’s newest single with our Ideas-Exchange Mixer immediately after.  Food, wine and water will be provided.

This year’s event is also different in that it will be livecast to the world via ustream.tv.  Please take a moment to share the following link with anyone within your network that may want to participate from afar, https://www.ustream.tv/tedxhollywood.  We encourage you to Tweet and blog about TEDxHollywood before, DURING and after the conference.

As you drive into the main lot, the entrance to our event will be located straight ahead on the side of the building.  Just aim for the TEDxHollywood banner.  Upon entering the building, stop by the reception table where you can pick up your event badge and program.  Get yours, come in and have a great time.
