The Pasadena, CA area has experienced  an influx of pet care businesses, in particular dog day care and grooming with supplies.

I’ll try to cover most if not all of them here.

The large ones that are chains include PetSmart and Petco. Some people like one versus the other, but they are options.

Then you have Centinela Feed and Pet Supplies which is a growing chain of pet supplies and some locations offer day care & grooming services.

Then we have places such as K9 which has a few locations.

The one location places include MyPetGarden and the latest newcomer to the scene  The Bowhaus Pet Company.  My Pet Garden and Bowhaus are within a half a mile of each other.

We have been to all of the locations mentioned above except for The Bowhaus which I going to make a point to check it out.

Another service that will probably see an increase is that of dog walkers and dog sitters, as people have busy lives they need to have their dog walked and fed.
