FINAL NOTICE

MSAN to Close as of December 15, 2008

Thank you for your participation in the Windows Live Toolbar affiliate program and the Microsoft Affiliate Network. In order to bring you a new platform and brand new offers in 2009, the Microsoft Affiliate Network, including the Windows Live Toolbar offer, will close as of December 15, 2008.

Any traffic received through 12:00am EST December 15, 2008 will still be eligible for commission payout. However, any traffic as of December 15, 2008 will no longer be eligible for commission payout.

Final commission checks for all approved activity within the Windows Live Toolbar program up to December 15, 2008 will be processed and sent out as soon as possible. This payment will also include any delayed October and November payment you are expecting. Be sure to turn in your W8 or W9 tax forms before December 15, 2008 as you will no longer be eligible for payment if it is not submitted by this date.

Please be sure to remove all marketing materials associated with this offer from as of December 15, 2008 as you will no longer receive credit for any activity.
