Sometimes you have a great experience with a store and one their employees and you want to recognize this.

I had the pleasure of such an experience.

After having been told that a Robinson’s May gift card we received several years ago was worthless, and my wife going to Macy’s and being told that it was not accepted.

I figured it was worth another shot and filled out the Macy’s online form and hit submit. Within days I received a response via email that I would be receiving a call.

The same day I received a call from Susan Bernatowicz, Assistant Store Manager with Macy’s at Santa Anita in Arcadia. Susan asked for the card number and went to work. Within a day she called me back with the value amount on the card. All Susan needed was my driver’s license number. Today my wife went down to pickup the card and it was there. At the same time we ended up spending a good amount of money.
