If we do not receive your minimum payment by Jul. 08, 2020, you may have to pay a late fee of up to $40.00 and your APRs may be increased up to the variable Penalty APR of 29.99%.
This warning message is part of the CARD Act of 2009 and the revised Truth in Lending Act, intended to make customers more aware of payment due dates and the implications of paying late. This message will appear each month and will not change during the billing cycle, regardless of payments made.
