So I continue to have troubles with AT&T, from dropped calls to no service.
All attempts to resolve with AT&T customer service have failed. At this time AT&T has lost a customer, DSL, home phone, and multiple mobile phones, basically hundreds of dollars a month customer, AT&T has show complete disregard to me customer. Making no attempt to resolve my issues, and even sending me on an embarrassing trip to the AT&T store in Pasadena Hastings Ranch mall. (I have a whole post on this).
The AT&T social media, customer care group has been pretty much unresponsive to any of my requests for help.
So what will AT&T do… continue nothing?
Yesterday a fellow twitter user sent this out. Can these people help? Stay tuned…because nobody else has been able to help.

Paula – in the midwest can’t help me, but is going to see if she can get someone help me.
Candice Seacrest – is the rep I have on the phone now, and she cannot call me back. Basically I have to stay on the phone with her to help me. So we will see that happens.
Roberta just called me back from AT&T, another useless conversation, again having to repeat my whole story.
Basically, these reps that I talk to at AT&T can’t open or look at my file without me on the phone.
