The dual music player that plays CD’s and MP3’s, but fits into your top pocket

In this strong supply and demand economy that we live in manufacturers are constantly looking to develop new devices with enticingly fresh and innovative functions that yell to us ‘buy me’ from the store shelf. When you think about it most products don’t really make our lives easier, but they look so cool that we can’t stop ourselves from buying them. There are thousands of these quirky designs hot off the product line, though most stay on the shelves for a couple of months before being taken off due to lack of public interest.

One new gadget called the ‘Dual music player’by Yanko design appears to have a winning edge and could be on the shelves for a little longer than usual. These days digital music formats like MP3, ACC, WMA and WAV are taking over from bulky CD’s, as they don’t need to be carried around and won’t lose any quality through wear and tear. The dual music player is a portable MP3 player with a difference, if you happen to have a few CD’s lying about, this device can be turned into a portable CD player. Simply pull the ends apart until it looks like a letter ‘V’ then insert the CD into the thin gap and a small built in laser will read the disk.
