Summer is in full swing, what better time to embrace two of summer’s most popular indulgences – ice cream and berries!
We will be teaching our very popular Strawberry Buttermilk ice cream and Blackberry Vanilla Bean sorbet.
Each student will get to take home one pint of each flavor.
We will go over the basics of creating ice cream and sorbet bases at home from start to finish – with demonstrations and tastings of each. We will also discuss flavor inspiration, utilizing local farmers market produce and pairing ideas.
All sessions are taught be Carmela Ice Cream founders, Jessica Mortarotti and Zachary Cox, and will be held at our PASADENA creamery.
