Student Photography Contest – The Happy Birthday Pasadena

Student Photography Contest

Cash Prizes – Public Exhibition

High School Students — You can be part of Pasadena’s 127th Birthday festivities!

On June 22, 2013, Pasadena Museum of History and the City of Pasadena will present a free community celebration for Pasadena’s 127th birthday. The theme is Celebrating Bridges, in acknowledgement of the 100th anniversary of our landmark, the Colorado Street Bridge.

The Happy Birthday Pasadena Committee invites you to help us illustrate the beauty and diversity of our community’s other bridges.  Get out your camera and be creative. Take photos of the many bridges in Pasadena and the surrounding areas. The only physical bridge that is excluded is the Colorado Street Bridge. We are looking for unique views, so don’t be afraid to be different.

Prizes: First Prize $200 – Second Prize $100 – Third Prize $50. Winning photos and runners-up will be displayed at Happy Birthday Pasadena on June 22 at Pasadena Museum of History.*
