Sears Appliance Repair Service

This is a review of my service call this past weekend.

Recently I renewed my service maintenance agreement with Sear’s. I have three appliances from Sears. Washer and dryer and a refrigerator.

The washer and dryer had been working ok, except the dryer is blowing lint all over the place.  The frig was having some major frost building up in the freezer.  Ice was actually building up on the door seal and the door was not closing properly.

After renewing the contract, at around $400 for all three appliances for three years. Which I thought was a pretty good deal.

Anyway this past Saturday the various service reps had been scheduled to come out. The first one showed up around 9am. Apparently I was the first call. I can’t figure out if I am the first call and my window was 8-12, why someone wasn’t at my place at 8am. Anyway, they showed up. I just had new wood floors installed and had some lineoleum placed under and in front of the refrigerator in the kitchen.
