Hi everyone! We spend the last 4 days training our employees and testing out the kitchen equipment. Ran into a couple of minor last-minute issues that need fixing.

Our Grand Opening is pushed back (but only 2 days)! We open our doors to the public @ 11am on Saturday, January 24th!

Oregano Fresh Greek is a new fast casual Greek restaurant concept opening in Pasadena in January 2014. We are an authentic Greek café for people who appreciate thoughtfully prepared food and flavorful, healthy meals.

Our manager will be responsible for all dining room, kitchen and catering functions. This person will direct and motivate a team of 8-10 employees to provide customer service that produces happy, satisfied guests.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of restaurant management experience, be passionate about serving others, and have a friendly and outgoing personality. Fast Casual restaurant experience is preferred (our operations are similar to Corner Bakery and Panera Bread).

We offer a competitive base salary and monthly bonuses based on high sales volumes. This is an exciting opportunity to get started at the first location of an exciting new restaurant concept. There are significant growth opportunities for the right person as we expand.
